section will highlight some of my favorite wild game recipes and cooking
tips. I thought we would launch it with two of my absolute favorite whitetail
recipes. I am currently working on a book about whitetails and what to do with them after the shot. It will cover field dressing, home processing and making specialties meats like jerky and sausage. It will also feature a bunch of venison recipes from some of the most famous people in the hunting industry, as well as from some of the top hunting lodges. You can rest assured these two will be included. After trying them I have no doubt they will become your favorites as well. You can be a part of this book by entering our Recipe Contest!
